The product is divided into a single material and uniform material and then tested. Among them, lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) and other six hazardous substances meet the requirements of the RoHS directive, the highest Restriction standards: cadmium: 0.01% (100PPM); lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) 0.01% (1000PM).
RoHStesttest content
1. Lead (Pb)
2. Cadmium bai (Cd)
3. Mercury (Hg)
4. Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+)
5. Polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs)
6. Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs)
The content of the six harmful substances in the above homogeneous substances cannot exceed the limit value, of which cadmium is 0.01%, and the rest is 0.1%.
Validity Period of RoHS Report
Europe does not strictly regulate the validity period of RoHS reports. Under the circumstance that the RoHS reporting standards have not been updated and the products have not changed, the industry category of RoHS reports defaults to one year.
Information required for RoHS test
1: Prepare test samples, such as a single material 50g-100g/sample, the whole machine sample needs to communicate with our customer service for confirmation.
2: Fill in the test application form, mainly fill in: the full name of the company, company address, sample name, sample model, etc. to reflect all the information on the report.
According to the requirements of the EU WEEE & RoHS directive, AOV separates products according to materials and uses different materials to detect hazardous substances.Generally speaking:
*Metal materials need to test four harmful metal elements such as (Cd cadmium/Pb lead/Hg mercury/Cr6+hexavalent chromium)
*In addition to checking these four harmful heavy metal elements, the plastic material needs to be tested for brominated flame retardants (polybrominated biphenyls PBB/polybrominated diphenyl ethers PBDE)
*At the same time, packaging materials of different materials also need to be tested separately for heavy metals in packaging materials (94/62/EEC)
