2、 Try to shorten the length of signal line

We can arrange the burning interface of the recorder at the position closest to the fixture signal input port to shorten the length of the whole signal line as far as possible.

3、 Select signal lines with strong conductivity

The integrity of signal transmission is related to the material, length and thickness of the line. You can choose a thicker line with stronger conductivity. A good material can reduce internal resistance and signal loss, such as pure copper wire, gold-plated wire, silver plated wire, etc.

4、 Add a shielding layer to the burning signal line to prevent electromagnetic interference

When the burner burns the chip through the burning signal line, the burning high-frequency signal is more sensitive to electromagnetic interference. The burning environment is generally factory workshops, high-power equipment, which makes the electromagnetic interference more serious. In order to reduce the electromagnetic interference, we can add a shielding network to the burning signal line, or choose the line with shielding function, such as shielded cable, network cable, etc.

5、 Connect pull-up and pull-down resistors on key signal lines

Sometimes, the insufficient driving capacity of the burning interface of the recorder will also lead to unstable burning. At this time, it is necessary to add appropriate pull-up or pull-down resistors on the interface signal line to enhance the driving capacity.

6、 Replace the burner with higher stability

Weak anti-interference ability of the internal circuit of the burner or insufficient driving ability of the interface circuit of the burner will lead to unstable burning. In this case, it is best to choose another burner with higher stability.
