In the field of nondestructive testing, industrial CT testing and X-ray testing both use X-rays to detect the interior of objects. Industrial CT is industrial computed tomography imaging. It can clearly, accurately and intuitively display the internal structure, composition, material and defect of the detected object in the form of two-dimensional sectional image or three-dimensional image without damage to the detected object. The working principle of X-ray imaging detector mainly uses the penetration of X-ray. The wavelength of X-ray is very short and the energy is very large. Installation analysis: using industrial CT can intuitively understand the two-dimensional and three-dimensional partial whole, perspective or cross-sectional analysis of the product without disassembly, analyze and measure the gap formed by the installation between components, evaluate the process, find the failure causes, deal with relevant problems, and reduce the investment cost of R & D.

3. Scale measurement: the practical scale of products is often indispensable, but it can not be obtained due to the clutter of object surface or the constraints of objective physical conditions. Industrial CT skills can well deal with such problems. Different from the traditional measurement methods such as three coordinate detection and imager, the advantage of industrial CT scale measurement lies in the internal scale detection of products. It can accurately measure all dimensions of the workpiece without damaging the sample, with high precision and high speed.

4. CAD digital analog comparison: through industrial CT and analysis software, the scanning results can be best fitted with CAD digital analog, and displayed quickly and vividly with intuitive color error. It can not only get the overall error of the workpiece, but also get the detailed error value of the key orientation.

5. Wall thickness analysis: automatically locate the orientation of insufficient area or excessive wall thickness and excessive gap directly on CT data, especially the internal scale of confined space, which can quickly and accurately measure the small changes of wall thickness of disordered parts.

This recognition method mainly depends on the experience of inspectors. The detection results are often disturbed by the subjective judgment of inspectors, and the results are not objective enough. Improving the efficiency while ensuring the detection quality, AI intelligent recognition and resolution of sample information will become a development direction in the field of industrial CT detection, which is also the inevitable trend of the development of defect detection technology in the future.
